It's just a convenient spot for concerts at La Défense too, so you're in the right area for a good time.

I was seriously disappointed that our room was not ready for check-in after 15:30! The receptionist just brushed it off like it was no biggie. And good luck trying to get room service—nobody bothered to tell us it's not available all the time. It felt a bit run-down overall, especially the bathroom.

the lobby at renaissance is beautiful and welcoming. the hotel is perfectly located next to a wonderful mall, and we enjoyed a concert just around the corner. my niece loved seeing the cemetery outside our window. the breakfast was decent with enough choices.

The Deluxe Queen Room had great amenities like a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. I loved the fitness center, clean and well-equipped. The executive lounge provided complimentary snacks and drinks all day, and breakfast included fresh pastries and organic juices.

We had a fantastic time visiting La Defense Arena, which was just a short walk away. The room was perfect for our large family and extremely clean, making it comfortable even with a newborn baby. The staff was friendly and helped us with anything we needed.

My wife says that the restaurant could stay open later to accommodate families returning from events. It would be great to have more options available for late-night dining.
