modern, functional room with the view of the arch, everything was good. the staff was helpful and incredibly polite and our experience was absolutely amazing overall.

I loved the room with a bathtub and the comfortable bed. the breakfast was rich with a wide choice of food, including liquid eggs. the location was magnificent; I could easily walk everywhere I wanted to go. the early check-in was a plus, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and service-minded.

Thoroughly enjoyed the quadruple room for body wash, wouldn't mind staying there all day. We met outstandingly accommodating staff at this hotel. The service was EXCELLENT throughout our stay. Moreover, parking was nearby. Excellent central location not far from shops and nice restaurants, and all the big stores, brands, and all kinds of foods and restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and very friendly. The location is particularly good, with Eglise Sainte-Mathilde just a 10-15 minute walk away. Plus, it's just a short walk to various places in the center from the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is rich. The location is unbeatable, close to the Grande Arche, La Defense metro station, and 4Temps shopping center. The restaurant offers quality food. Early check-in was accommodated, and the employees provide extraordinary service. it was a very enjoyable 2-night stay.

Lobby was beautiful, location amazing for a concert. Niece loved cemetery view. Breakfast was okay. Room size big, convenient parking, close to public transport. Good option for a touristic stay. Location near malls and coffee shops, not noisy. Helpful staff lent charger. Room big enough for 2.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel had a perfect location for our city break, near to the main attractions we wanted to visit. The room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the modern TV with various international stations. We also appreciated the complementary coloring sheets and colored pencils that were provided for our child.

The breakfast was a major disappointment. The quality of the food was very poor, with slimy smoked salmon, granular scrambled eggs and leathery bacon.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was incredible, with a big Westfield shopping center just a few minutes' walk away. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right at our fingertips. The rooms were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We slept like babies with no noise disturbances. The staff were top-notch, providing us with wonderful service throughout our stay. They were always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our visit.

I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to our family and friends. It truly provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Renaissance Paris La Defense Hotel. It was easy to access businesses in La Defense and the train and subway lines were within reach. The front desk ladies were wonderful and displayed genuine care and calmness during difficult situations. The staff at the club floor, especially Kumar, provided excellent service and the complimentary breakfast and evening offerings were delicious. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and great linens. The concierge, Lubvov, went above and beyond in providing recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Plus, the hotel made our trip to Paris special by arranging surprise Valentine's Day amenities in our room.
